To create and maintain the Cliffhanger Restaurant dining experience our Chefs are constantly updating their menu to incorporate local produce from the land and the sea. Our food is influenced by the seasonal changes and most importantly

local produce from the South of England, which

in our opinion offers the best in quality, taste

and sustainability.
